The kind woman who helped us was AWESOME! Loved her, very helpful and attentive. She let me know when my car was about to be finished, and offered the customer space upon arrival. The improvements recently made to this location are very nice! Thank you guys!

My car was given back to me damaged after replacing my door handle. This resulted in damage to my car lock system. I’m highly upset and I have lost all faith in the Bev smith team. It was an insult when I was offered a mediocre deal which was them removing the labor cost (which they would have never offered it wasn’t for the negligence) and I must pay for the parts. Absolutely Not!!!!!!

My appointment was at 1pm which I was on time for and I had to wait 2+ hours for just a simple oil change I ended up leaving at 3:15-3:20ish I did not appreciate that at all plus whenever I make a appointment I it usually gives me the time that’s Available now the website just ask h to put your own time in then the next they I get a message saying that that time is not available…
