I sat there for 3 hours with no communication from service team about my vehicle. I had to call to speak with someone. Then the mechanic broke my door handle and they want me to pay for the part which is 70 bucks. I already paid 300 for one new one to be installed that was previously broken off and now I have to pay for another one that their mechanic broke off???? I appreciate that it’s no charge for labor but still. It wasn’t broken before I arrived. I was told they’d replace it right away and it would be a 30 min wait longer. They had no extra in stock and they had to order a new one and I have to make another trip up there to have the second one put on. Then on my paperwork it states that I told them it was broken and wanted it replaced. I went there to get my drivers side passenger handle replaced and now have the new one on my drivers door and no handle on the passenger door because they broke my drivers door handle and only had one handle so it had to go to the drivers door so I could use my car until another one came in.

Anthony is outstanding! He was very much in tune when I wasn’t happy with the charges and was very accommodating in that regard. We also noticed an issue when I picked up my car with the break pedal and he had it taken care of while I was still there. That saved me a trip back, and that was very much appreciated! Highly recommend him, he’s wonderful!

I'm not satisfied with the service I received. I waited a long time, and the "Service Required" light still hasn't reset after the oil change. These are basic things that should have been addressed during the visit. I expected more attention to detail, and I'm surprised they were overlooked.
