Just have to change vehicle info. I do not have the 16. I recently bought a 19 xle premium . That was the serviced vehicle. Everything was great otherwise!

They did a terrible job! I paid for a full detail! They didn’t even cleaned up the rooftop of the truck! That’s where the spots that need to be removed are! So I spoke to the manager Jim Johnston he advised me to bring the RAV4 back to redo the detail! Which is making me very up set because I have to live my truck there again! The truck was there from 7:30 am through 4:22 afternoon, still not done what they were paid to do!!! I been buying cars and 4Runners from Toyota since 2006. And done all my services there! This is the 1st time that I am very unsatisfied!
