This past week, my car was in the shop at Toyota. I was given a rental during that time. Both Priscilla and Abby were extremely professional. I was very happy to see the service I received. My car looked new inside and out.

I was actually satisfied- I just wanted to make a small comment about how I told the tech I wanted the brakes done because I could feel that my braking was rougher than usual. My brakes were checked, and they got the green box, but I felt like there was no follow up on my concern for that? How good were the brakes? Will they need to be replaced soon?
Other than that I felt very comfortable with my experience so thank you!
