The service and sales staff need to be trained on how to set up the car in order to use a phone. Three people tried and only one was able to help to a small degree.I will go over the manual again and set it up at home I hope.

Please change my representative. Tyler never walks to my car to check on it, I know this because the paper that they use on the floor board is always left in there and it is an accident waiting to happen. I again talked to Mrs. Ivey about my car detail job again. Very unsatisfactory I will not be using the detailing services any more. I have been a customer of that property for 42 years, I have only driven Toyota since 1980 and each one has been purchased there. The place has really gone down hill, I called and let Joe Cleary a voicemail months ago and still have not received a call back. I had to make 3 calls to get an answer about the oil changes on new cars. Poor customer relations and lack of employees who care about returning customers. No more new vehicles bought there!
