I arrived 25 minutes early for my appointment @12:30 pm. for a 10,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. At 3 pm they told me when they rotated my tires they found a nail in one. They plugged it anf I finally got my car at 3:30. I know they are short of help because at 3:15 I walked back to the bays and saw a limited numbers of bays unoccupied without technicians. (Maybe if someone other than Brandon was in the Whitehouse, they would not be paying some individuals more to stay home than to work for a living)
BUT, under the circumstances, they should have warned me, offered a loaner car or spaced out the appointments to give clients less wait time.
Funny, while in the waiting room, other clients coming in after I was there, were moving out faster than I was.
Not sure I will be coming back for service at Bev Smith.

I’m from Illinois and had my car serviced by you after trying Toyota in Vero Beach. I have a automotive background and they tried to sell me a complete brake job at 18,000 miles. When I had my oil changed last year you guys said one rotor scored but usable and all brakes good. I appreciate you honesty. PS. The brakes are still good at 37k and the highlander runs great. I like the way you do business and will return... plus you gals that brought snacks and water while we waited was a nice touch. Thanks Mike and all involved.
