Stand is an excellent service advisor and always does his best getting you in and out so I’m not sure where the failure for todays appointment occurred. I had a 0700 service appointment for 20k service. I’m usually in and out in less than an hour (the reason for scheduling a 0700 appointment
) today I did not get in my vehicle to leave until 0920. I had pre-schedule overtime shift today from 1000 to 1900 hours and had to call in sick for that so I lost out on the 9 hours of overtime and additionally 9 hours of sick time so today ended up being a pretty expensive day for me. Had I been out by 0800 even 0830 I would have made it to west palm for work but almost 2.5 hours of waiting on a minimal maintenance appointment was pretty excessive.
