2 1/2 hours for an oil change/ tire rotation is plainly unacceptable. If any Toyota store needs a new, modern facility it is Bev Smith. My first Toyota was 1979 and I have 3 models currently—2 ‘18s and a ‘21 RAV4 Hybrid XSE. I asked your sales manager to find me the XSE and no one contacted me so I bought one off a truck from your competitor. Seriously? WTF, that’s just incredible. Going forward why on earth would I stick with you for service and sales?

I had an appointment for 12 noon for an oil change, and never left the dealership until after 2p.m. I feel that's a bit of a wait for sn oil change. Sylvia was very attentive, but one other problem I had was not addressed correctly and now I have to wait I don't know how long for the item to be in stock.
