I had an appointment for 130 but didn't get my car back until 320. Almost 2 hrs. I understand everyone was busy but why book appointments if you aren't staffed to handle them in a timely manner? Also I wasn't told about my car just handed my paper to go to the cashier. Definitely wasn't expecting an over $200 bill with zero heads up or reason why.
