I was not given all the paperwork that I usually am given. I am referring to the technician report showing the condition of my brakes, tires, and other what's 32 things you inspect. I did call and spoke with the person at the credit desk. But they said they did not have that. Also I was given a paper that was for accounting. I would like to have this paper for my records so that I can correct if there is something wrong. Also I would make a comment about the appropriateness of phone answering. I was taught that you answer the phone by identifying yourself and your department. Not answering with a noise.
