2 hours for basic maintenance is not acceptable. Why make an appointment ? There are plenty of quality quick oil change businesses in the area I can use after my warranty is out.

The service associate was terrific and explained everything I needed to know.
I was not satisfied because of being harassed by sales people. I just wanted the service and chose to wait for the car. I wasn’t allowed any downtime by the sales people. I guess I could have objected but I knew they were doing their job and I was being polite. I doubt I will have any more dealer service.

Kim is fantastic. I noticed a tire low on air. I called to make an appointment. She said no problem bring it in. The tire could not be fixed due to the location of the puncture. Kim told me about a special you were having on tires. We agreed to a price and a four wheel alignment.
