I request to don’t rotate my tires and they did and then when I saw my bill I notice they charged the rotation. I felt that he was not so kind when I asked for promotion. He told me that the oil change price but if I want to do the work it needs to be in that price. I also had a check light on and I knew it was the gas cap but the light was on and he told me that I need to buy the original cap, so I bought the cap and I ask if any technical can do it and turn off the light and he said that isn’t a big deal you can change and ask Auto zone to turn the sensor off because they were going to charge to place the cap and turn off the light. No way to feel comfort with this service. I always do my service with Kim and she was not today.;(
