From The Moment I met her, it was her smile and kindness that made me first feel Levi Blue would be taken good care of! I really appreciate My Toyota Highlander! Lady Angel told me I would be done and out within an hour. Not that I was putting a time stamp on my service, however , she made sure what I needed done was taken care of. Without going into great detail, her professionalism was right on time today! I’ve got issues I’m dealing with as a Disabled US Veteran. My body has been banged up good. I was in pain and had a lot mentally going on when I came in for my appointment… I didn’t know when I said to her “Thank You for making things easier for me, just how much she would put forth in getting my vehicle done way ahead of the time she told me, I needed to be home. I came in for routine service today (9/19) and when I started my vehicle to drive it 40 minutes to your location, my check engine light came on. When I dropped it off with Tyler I mentioned this and he stated it would be a $79 diagnostic charge to determine what the check engine light was for. I asked if I could know what the code is before I determine whether I want to pursue service for the issue, and was told no it would be the full $79 diagnostic charge. I am not going to pay $79 to find out my gas cap was loose, that’s ridiculous. Also, when I received my vehicle back after routine service, my low tire light was still illuminated from when I dropped it off, but the MPI shows 35 PSI in each tire. This leads me to believe the tire pressure was not checked. I also received 5-6 phone calls / text messages in the past 24 hours leading up to my visit from sales trying to get me to trade in or look at new vehicles. Please take me off this contact list.
