Kim is fantastic. I noticed a tire low on air. I called to make an appointment. She said no problem bring it in. The tire could not be fixed due to the location of the puncture. Kim told me about a special you were having on tires. We agreed to a price and a four wheel alignment.

I paid $50K for this vehicle and this was my first service and a nail was in my tire. I was told that it’s not under warranty and I would need to pay $40 to patch it. I was completely shocked when Kim asked me to pay the $40. I immediately went to sales and spoke with my salesman Monzo who also was completely surprised by the charge. You would think that my 1st service I would get bumper to bumper warranty. Nope! The $40 price is ridiculous and my service was the same. I informed Kim that I was going to write a bad review online. She stated that she paid $30K for her Camry and she too had to pay for a patch tire. I took my car to tire kingdom to get it patched. I’m in the market to buy a new Tacoma. I’m having second thoughts. I’m going to buy my new truck at a dealer that offers bumper to bumper warranty. My $50K purchase wasn’t worth a free tire patch, smh.
