I bought a new vehicle from Bev Smith one month ago. Upon driving the vehicle home I noticed that a handle on the interior was broken. I worked with my original sales agent, service, and parts to get this part ordered over the past few weeks. This past Monday I called parts, and they specifically told me that they had the part in hand and I can make a service appointment. Upon arriving today the part was not here and also the service department manager and parts manager made me feel as if I didn't speak with anybody and they had no idea what I was talking about. I don't remember who I spoke with in the parts department, but I showed them on my phone that I called the main line to connect to the parts department at Bev Smith Toyota in Fort Pierce. As mentioned I was working with the parts department for several weeks to get this ordered. I live in Jupiter and had to drive one hour and 15 minutes each way for my time to be wasted. $20 in gas plus my time. The only response I got was sorry so as you can imagine I'm not very happy about this experience.
