Suggested 340$ service that was too recently previously done …. Then corrected himself within about 30 minutes realizing as I did … after perusing all my records that the suggested service was not due for at least another 5000 miles.
It did not cause a major problem…..
It feels like I have a new service manager

I was told my car needed new tires that they were 4 for price of 3. I explained very clearly that I wanted original michellin tires that came with car . Quoted a price of 189 each. Made an appointment took time off work etc to. Have this done. When I got to service I was told just fyi the tires we are putting on are Dunlap. And if I want michillen tires they were 289. At that point I lost confidence. So I left with no tires and a sour taste in my mouth. Thanks for listening. Alberto R

Two years ago I stopped going to Bev Smith Toyota because I had multiple episodes of poor service from the service/parts department. Recently I decided to give Bev Smith Toyota a chance again when my car was making odd noises. Alexis, the lead service representative, was professional and pleasant to work with. Because of his professionalism, positivity and honesty I have decided if I need further work I will return to Bev Smith Toyota.
