For the second time we have called parts department they tell us the partisan we arrange with service for a time to come put it on get over there and the part is not in that’s the second time it’s happened very dissatisfied

I appreciate the service especially in light of my appointment not showing up. My one issue was the somewhat persistent asking about trading in my car. I love my car and depend on it and do not wish to trade it in. A simple “no” should’ve been the end of it. Otherwise I had a lovely experience, especially chatting about pizza with Michael.
