I just thought the price was quite steep, and I was tempted to go to an individual mechanic elsewhere. But, I must admit all employees there are professional and respectful, and comfortable to deal with. Since I’m an 83 year old widow, I truly appreciate their easy to understand explanations. And they did kind of push to get my car done, because I had a commitment for the weekend.

Just my opinion, but the sales people need to stay out of the service area. They don’t listen and kept me around an extra hour, after service was completed, trying to sell me a new vehicle. I said NOT interested and NO repeatedly. When I’m ready, I’ll trade my vehicle.
