Robert was an utter buffoon and completely misled me. The repairs were very expensive for the work performed and I asked him if there was any discount he can offer since I have been servicing my vehicles there for the last 6 years. He said he would see what he could do and call me back. When I got there to pick up my vehicle the price was $10 more than he originally said and applied no additional discount. Luckily the Service Manager was there and he was able to correct my invoice.

We were fine with Angel. But we were disappointed with the technician, we went in for an oil change and as soon as we drove away within 5-10 mins our SUV was letting us know the engine had no oil!!! As we park on a CVS and call the dealer back, they say they are going to send a tow truck and not to move or turn on the car but they decide to just sent the same technician with oil in a shuttle van!!! There was a puddle of oil on the tray under the engine and on the floor where we were able to safely parked! We had to call back the service representative and tell her that the manager promise a tow truck to fix what they broke at the dealership not on the side if the road! No we are not satisfied with the service we got from the technician or mechanics or whatever you want to call it! Angel the service representative was ok!
