I bought this vehicle with "Free Tires for Life " guarantee. To keep that contract i had all my service at your dealership driving up from Stuart and paying top dollar for service.
I had a bad tire , brought the car for service including multiple service items , oil change , air filter and AC cleaning and your manager said the free tires for like program was not valid. You lied to me ! I drove up and spent literally thousands of dollars on service to honor my obligations for tires for life and now you say null and void. So i purchased a new tire and spent over $700 on service but it is the last time you see this loyal customer. 20 years 3 vehicles and all the service now gone.
Shame on you ! You lost a 20 year loyal customer and i will tell all my friends how you don't honor your promises.
