Kim is the best advisor you guys have! She is personal remembers her clients and listen to their concerns if any with the vehicle. I only go to Bev Smith because of Kim and the great service she always provide! It has been now what 5+ years with Kim and I don’t want to see any other advisor, I know I can leave with peace of mind if she is the one that took care of my car services.

Somehow you’ve maintained the essence of your older Operation.
Tyler did an excellent job in coordinating what I asked for. He applied Service Coupons accurately and was on time for our appointment. One thing I would change though. Sales personnel milling around ready to pounce. Get some sort of system where they greet with uniformity.
