Work on my Camry was done perfectly. The service advisor Kim was very helpful and even took the liberty of having the tech replace my Air filter at no charge seeing that I'm a loyal customer and took care of me after buying 4 new tires and wheel alignment. The employee is rude. Every two days I have to put air in my tire and they continue to tell me there is nothing wrong. I asked him to have the valve checked and he continuesly refused telling me I would be charged for it. I let him know I had tire warranty and he just kept saying there is nothing wrong with the tire. If there is nothing wrong then why am I constantly having to put air. I do regret purchasing this vehicle. I will not buy another Toyota vehicle and just go with another brand.
