I really appreciated the service given by Anthony. He was kind knowledgeable and made me comfortable with accepting that the service team would do their job thoroughly without making my vehicles condition worse. I was very pleased with the technicians through look into the coolant system. In the end it was talking through what the test consisted of with Anthony that made us realize it was the radiator cap, as it was the only thing to not get tested. I placed a white paper towel at the tank bleed off port and drove the car. I was delighted to see coolant on the towel. Please tell Anthony it was the cap and let management know that he is great at his job. Thank you kindly!
