I was told over the phone one price and when I got there I was told that price was incorrect. Then. I asked for the oil change special of 79.95 and when Maureen gave me the vill she charged me more and I had to prove to her that there was a special. Then she was rude about my disappointment. I was very dissatisfaction. I have always used Toyota in palm beach county and this was my first and past visit to Bev Smith.

Your sales team is extremely pushy and badger everyone that comes through the door. The only reason I come to your location is for service on my company leased vehicle. In fact, your sales team is so abrasive that I refused to purchase my wife’s vehicle from you and went to Wallace Hyundai instead despite our loyalty to Toyota for 20+ years. After having my company leased vehicle serviced there and seeing firsthand how the sales team treated people, I knew that was NOT the place I wanted to purchase a vehicle from. I refer everyone I know looking to buy a Toyota to either the Toyota dealership in Vero Beach or Stuart.
