When I walked out side my car was parked I walked up to the Booth payed and as I always do walked around I notice a visable protubing to the passenger front bumper.I call the attention of the personnel who quickly said it was like that when I came I requested to speak to a manager and was refer to mike other than addressing my concern went on to question where I purchase my car and of course refer to where he thinks I could afford .I requested to speak to the other manager but was told he already viewed the tape and that was how it came yet he did not have the courtesy to come out and view the car.I am very Dissatisfied a Place where I Service my car since 2004 and Drove two Brand new cars off the lot including the one in question Way to go Bev Smith.

In the past I have been very unhappy with my service there. Things have improved dramatically.
