She was disrespectful. Never gave me an update on the status of my car. I was told it would be an hour and it was 2. All my services are paid for 7 yrs. I was charged for a filter. When I told her I was never coming back she told me “do whatever you want.

I got there a few minutes before 10:00 a.m. for my appointment to get my oil changed and the car serviced for routine maintenance. At 11:30 my car still hadn't been done and I had to leave to go to work. So I sat there for an hour and a half for nothing. And now I have to go back again another day to get the oil changed. It was very inconvenient and a big waste of time and very upsetting. If my oil changes weren't free right now I would go somewhere else. That was terrible service. I just purchased my car there a couple years ago. And at 11:30 I had to call Tyler to find out where my car was because I still hadn't heard anything from him. And that's when I was told that they hadn't even taken it in for service yet. What is going on there??

Work on my Camry was done perfectly. The service advisor Kim was very helpful and even took the liberty of having the tech replace my Air filter at no charge seeing that I'm a loyal customer and took care of me after buying 4 new tires and wheel alignment. The entire service done on my car came out fantastic!!! Just like it was brand new again
