The employee is rude. Every two days I have to put air in my tire and they continue to tell me there is nothing wrong. I asked him to have the valve checked and he continuesly refused telling me I would be charged for it. I let him know I had tire warranty and he just kept saying there is nothing wrong with the tire. If there is nothing wrong then why am I constantly having to put air. I do regret purchasing this vehicle. I will not buy another Toyota vehicle and just go with another brand.
