The service was great. But I had some of the checks I was sent by Toyota and was told I could get floor mats with them but the parts department would not utilize them. So why was I sent them if you wouldn’t honor them?

The workmanship is great as always, but some reason the last couple of times an oil change and tire rotation has taken 3 or more hours to complete. It wasn’t always like that, your service rep has aways been very professional and helpful.hopefully this will help you find the disconnect.

Told a technician leave my cabin filter and my engine filter alone. I just replaced them yesterday. I spent $73 and did it myself yet they did them filmed them taking them out looking at them saying they were dirty. Please listen to what your customer asked for. I asked him to rotate the tires which I did not do it which right now it doesn't matter because Alicia and I talked about the tires and we are buying some and we will be having to put on tomorrow
