Upon my check-in at 11 AM with an appointment, I was told my service would take one hour and 30 minutes. It took two hours and 30 minutes. There was nothing extraordinary being done. That was misleading information.
It was lovely to receive snacks from someone walking around distributing them. However, I did not appreciate the extra hour wait for no extra service.
