The 2021 rav 4 xle has brake issues … it’s all over r the internet reviews, I’ve seen it over 2 dozen times. When I when I brought my vehicle back again yesterday, the people that were standing there advisors and customers heard the loud squeak, and I’m being told there’s nothing that can be done. I had the tires checked. It’s not the tires. It’s the exact issue that everyone is complaining about in the reviews of this vehicle. I know there was a technical service bulletin to replace the shim kit, but that doesn’t work on all of them, my issue is still not resolved and I’m so disappointed. I’m such a fan of everyone at this Toyota dealership. I think they’re wonderful people, but they’re missing the boat on this one. Judith Y
