Ive had no issues taking my vehicle to get service until now. My car has been sitting at service for 5 days now. I was told by Monday, Tuesday and was told another day. I am a service member that needs my vehicle to travel for work. I was told tomorrow where I literally need reassurance that my car would be guaranteed tomorrow. There was hesitation in response and told it would be ready afternoon.

Overall experience was ok, site under construction was a distraction and the team was less than helpful for the service building. Sales people were rude when they found me looking to pick up a car from service. Only wanted to be nice and help if they were going for a sale.
