What can I say Kim always has a smile and she's always ready to help unlike some of your other people there that act like zombies don't even say good morning That's okay they don't owe me anything but Kim she's fantastic she is really one of your best I'd be coming here for years and Kim always takes care of me she knows who I am she knows he's by my name he knows exactly why I'm there and she makes sure that I'm taking care of Tell Kim thank you so much take her out for lunch for me and I'll keep coming back I'll ask her

I wish you wouldn’t overbook your team. It took 2 hours for my car to have its first 5,000 mile check. The waiting room was packed. If I book an appointment I would expect my car to be serviced at that time. Otherwise Heaven was terrific to work with.

Positively you need more people like Kim Vest & Natoriea Lundy. They exemplify kindness, respect & GREAT customer service skills!! I have never visited this location without an unexpected sweet smile & genuine how are you from Kim! The opposite is demonstrated by a man that comes to my car & says Mommy, I need you to pop your hood. I am not his mommy & would be greatly ashamed if my son approached & greeted a stranger that way!!!!! Also, the young girl that finds your name on the schedule once you arrive needs help in english communication, however, she was at least polite to which I am grateful. I am moving forward with the work that Tori advised @ 1:00 Monday ELSEWHERE where I am not addressed as "Mommy" At a business meeting last night I shared this disrespectful experience to learn that a colleague had a similar experience about six months ago so when they just bought their new Sequoia, they did it at another dealership. The owner, management team @ Bev Smith Toyota certainly is negatively biased against the caucasian so we are happy to go elsewhere!!
