Kim was great. I However, my disappointment lies in the condition. I found my vehicle when I picked it up. My Sequoia is garage kept and has very low mileage on it. I brought it to you fully detailed and immaculate. When I picked it up, I found dirt and rocks on my black carpet in the driver seat from the mechanic I assume I don’t think plastic was put down, and I also found that one of my wheel wells was covered in mud all underneath of my vehicle. Apparently, it was driven through some kind of mud at the dealership. I brought a perfect vehicle to you and came home with a dirty vehicle. Disappointing.

I’m happy with the services offered but we need to return for back door repair since the hydrolics needed were not in stock. And I’m not sure what was actually done since I did not receive an itemized invoice. I thought there was going to be an oil change but I don’t know. We do love the new car and everyone we have dealt with have been very courteous and professional.

Truck was left with hand prints on both sides and interior entrance had foot prints. Vehicle should have been washed and cleaned in areas were employees worked on truck.

Erika Sattar was kind, warm , and friendly. She keep me posted in a timely manner about my vehicle progress. Even when Toyota didn’t have the right diagnostic equipment to service my vehicle that day she offered to make me another appointment when another professional would have the correct equipment to diagnose my vehicle. Now I look forward to coming back again to get my vehicle fixed at Toyota service department because she made me feel comfortable and secure about coming back. After all I did purchase my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Toyota Used Car sales department and I have to say I got a pretty good deal Thanks Toyota!!!

Kim is always excellent to interact with. She is professional and personable at the same time. She’s thorough and knowledgeable and always touches base with an update before I have to reach out to ask for one. She always goes above and beyond. I had a newer employee of our company drop me off at the dealership when my car was ready for pickup. On the way there she asked who I see for service and I told her we always see Kim. I told her Kim’s first and last name and offered her a card that I’d be happy to dig out of the depths of my wallet and she said, oh no, you don’t need to…I know her name! We never see anyone else either. She’s the best so we always go to her with all our vehicles. And I thought, wow, that’s awesome that she is known for her great personality and excellent customer service and I also thought, great minds think alike and I’m glad we hired this girl! If she has the same opinion and she appreciates the quality of the work that Kim does, I assume that’s her baseline expectation for anyone in a customer service position and hopefully she uses that as a template or a reference I guess for her own customer service practices. So far she has, and that shared appreciation for Kim’s level of service just solidifies that she’s going to be a great asset here! That was probably a bit more than you were looking for, but since I typed it all before realizing I wrote a novel, I may as well send it! The facts remain! So here’s my review. Thanks for reading!

Lo peor ha sido comprar un vehículo en Benz smith he sido afectada de manera inmesionante estoy sin. I vehículo desde el día 19 de junio del 2019 exactamente 48 horas después que salió del consecionario de ustedes por servicio el carro se me estaba encendiendo y al parecer el motor se dañó un carro con solo 10 meses de uso y ha entrado más de 9 veces por el mismo problema en su consecionario jamás me han ayudado y siempre siento que han atentado contra mi vida con ese vehículo porque lo aún espero respuesta de otro concesionario toyota al cual tuve que acudir ya que no confío en ustedes para poder tomar acciones legales contra Benz smith por haber atentado contra mi vida en tantas ocasiones con un vehículo con graves defectos de fábricas que fueron expresado por mi persona en múltiples ocasiones y que ustedes jamás me escucharon esperen pronto saber de mi buenas tardes
