Erica was a 10+. I’d give her the highest marks. She delivered bad news but by the end of the visit she made it a little easier to swallow. Since I’ve had time to process my feelings the person who did the original estimate should have paid the extra money. As I told Erica, this is my second time with a service issue here. Please give Erica the 5.
