The air filter had leaves stuck in it and it was clogging the fan. My Ac was loud after getting it back from my maintenance appointment. The tech didn’t have the decency to knock the filter off before putting it back in and jammed it back in where the filter was actually bent and going into the fan. My seat also had oils stains on the leather.

Feel like I was being swindled today. Said my truck was due for plugs that cost $800 when actually 8000 miles ago my engine was totally replaced under warranty. That made me look at this dealership in a different way. I get you have to make money, but that was ridiculous of an evaluation.
