when I was waiting for my car two sales mpeople came in and aggravated me about trading in my car and I wear a mask in public because I have a bad immune system and I don’t want to get Covid or RSV or pneumonia or anything else and the black gentleman was the second person to come in the waiting room and asked me about trading in the car and I thought he was very rude and he was questioning me insulting me for wearing a mask/ I couldn’t even wait in the waiting room anymore I had to walk out side and wait for my car and it had been raining and nobody cleaned the benches off they were totally soaked so I couldn’t even sit down but the car repair was fine

Would just like to be given a loaner car if I have to have 3 recalls done on my car.
