I felt pretty upset when I showed up to my 2pm appointment to find out that I would be charged $89.99 for my oil change and tire rotation. I have the maintenance plan so I asked why I had to pay. My consultant said I had my last maintenance service on my last visit and nobody told me about it. Then i had to wait over 2 hours for my car to be done. Nobody should have to wait that long for an oil change. I will never be back to have my oil changed at Kia of fort pierce ever again!
