The last two interactions that I have had at Kia have been very thorough with Cory Deroach. In the past, I have not been very satisfied with my service, but feel very confident now with Cory as my service man.

Brought unit in to have recall completed and the driver side pillar cover replaced. The recall was completed but the pillar was not replaced. The part was preordered and currently in stock. The technician left fingerprint stains on the roof ans used paper towels in cup holder. Another unsatisfactory visit at Bev Smith Kia.
