I think she was the best! However, I would appreciate it if the engine was turned off and the driver position was returned to the positions where I left them when I came in. Because of those 2 things, plus the poor wash I cannot recommend you.

Caitlin was courteous and very professional. She immediately showed me my dirty air filter the first minute I arrived. She asked if I wanted a quote on a trade in. Caitlin gave me an estimate of the work I requested and called me later to inform me that I needed two new tires which I purchased. Caitlin called me when the service was finished and asked if I needed a ride to the dealership. She was excellent.
