I came in first a routine service and was not happy after getting my car back. It was my understanding that all fluids get topped off, but mine were exactly as when I brought the car in. The complimentary car wash and vacuum was terribly done l. I know this doesn't happen with everyone, but it has happened in the past so I'm not surprised. I pay for these services, with little satisfaction, bad day for me.

Well, we had a recall on her vehicle, and was called. That ourparts were en. Got there this morning with our 1030 appointment and was told well. There’s another recall. But there’s no fix for it. So we don’t want to fix the part. But I didn’t got the vehicle serviced. We’ve had a vehicle Service there now for the third time, and as you guys call it were high priority because we bought our vehicle there and no car wash was told they didn’t have time, but we had an appointment and we were there an hour earlier than our appointment. The vehicle was done and then set her for two hours before they come, and Gaddis to pick a vehicle back up. Not acceptable on your your part. But it seems like everybody’s got time to wanna give you an offer on your vehicle and waste your time. Maybe you should invest some of those people and to doing physical work like keeping customers happy and get what they are promised. My name is Leonard D
