We also met Robby today who gave us a courtesy ride from the dealership and later back to pick up our vehicle . Everyone we have met with there are very professional and friendly . Couple other things-
While each was very courteous, I had 3 sales people come to me asking about my interest in upgrading my car. That was after I responded NO to emails, texts and a phone call ahead of my service appointment. I realize they are paid to make sales, but why ask ahead of time if you aren’t going to accept the answer?!
AND your service area waiting room could use a refresh.
