Caitlin was courteous and very professional. She immediately showed me my dirty air filter the first minute I arrived. She asked if I wanted a quote on a trade in. Caitlin gave me an estimate of the work I requested and called me later to inform me that I needed two new tires which I purchased. Caitlin called me when the service was finished and asked if I needed a ride to the dealership. She was excellent.
