Jessica is great!! I want Jessica as my person each time that I schedule for my appointment. The only problem that I have is that it takes almost three hours for your car to get done. That's a long time to be waiting for an oil change when you have an appointment.

They cracked my window panel in half and never alerted me to it. Then I pulled out of my driveway this morning to a huge puddle of oil on my driveway because the person that did the oil change did not do something correctly. Now I have to take the day off work on Monday to get this all fixed. I expect to speak with the service manager in the morning. This is sub par sub standard service to say the least

Service was fine, no issues. But dealership is out of control. Loud, obnoxious, profanity, thought I was at a discotech with the LOUD music, very unprofessional atmosphere. And all this occurred in the CUSTOMER WAITING AREA.
I'm not sure what matrix your dealership is measuring itself on, but your using the wrong one.
While at your dealership for 2 hours, for an oil change, really, 2 hours, 40 minutes back at my Michigan Kia dealer, I met 3 other Customers, all three echoed my above remarks, and ALL three plus me said we would NOT ever come back.
That's four Customers in two hours, now that's a powerful matrix.
