Frank has been nothing short of phenomenal in his handling, and communication during the time my vehicle was getting service. There was a lot that I did not know and he worked with me day after day making sure I knew exactly what was going on, what to expect, and when I can be expecting it. I have never received such a dutiful service before and I am happy to say, Frank will definitely be my go-to guy anytime in the future!

My experience with the service writer was fine she was a professional. When I dropped my car off I was a little surprised that the gentleman had me fill out a night drop off envelope when you guys were still open at 3:30 in the afternoon I drop my car off that afternoon for the next day to be worked on because I didn’t have time to drop it off in the morning and I had made arrangements with your reservation department to do that. Just thought it was a little strange that they didn’t ride up my car and just had me fill out another drop off and that was the end of it. Never one to a dealership before that was open that had me do that instead of just riding up the car while I was there, but I guess that’s the way you guys do it other than that the service writer was great.
