The rep was great, what was not was waiting 2 and a half hours to get a tire plugged and having to pay for it after buying 2 vehicles a week earlier ????

Daniel was fantastic by getting my vehicle in for service when I stopped by to inquire regarding a blind spot warning failure I was receiving. He checked and also saw I was ready for another oil change and he promptly got me a ride in the courtesy shuttle which he also sent back for me once the vehicle was ready. Also have nothing but high praise for the shuttle driver who was very friendly. All around a great experience!
