I had an appointment today but it was never entered into the computer so the service Dept did not know I was coming. That is a terrible thing when the department has to fit you in and it made me feel stupid because of the females who I spoke to to make the appointment. Frank was great and understood and knows I would not just show up on my only day off!! His part was great however the females making the appointment s need to understand that it is critical to do their part more throughly. Because of the females not entering my info I had to wait 4 fours to make my break light fixed. Thank you Frank and I’m sorry the girls making the appointment s don’t do 100% of their job.

When calling for an appointment I was told there wasn’t any for two weeks I explained that I work and my schedule changes continually and asked what can we do to make this appointment happen. Scheduled appointments should be done more timely. I had an appointment at 10:30am sat in line for the service writer, arrived at 10:25am someone walked by said service writer will be with you in a few minutes and hung the service order bag on the mirror. Wanted until 11:05am to be seen, then had to ask when would the car be done, was told 1:00pm. Service was a complimentary oil change from Sandra from a previous experience,rotate tires, wash car and change the wiper blades.
