The staff was friendly and the courtesy shuttle was a great plus. They didn't have the parts readily available needed to repair the vehicle. It hasn't been a month and the vehicle is showing signs of faulty parts of major safety components. (Airbags and seat belt)

When my wife brought my car in Fred and his team were very helpful in trying to resolve the issue with my car. My wife took the car in on an appointment at 300. After speaking to Fred and another employee.They told her that there was nothing wrong with the brake lights and sent her home. On her way home the censor in the car kept telling her brake lights were not functioning. She took a picture of the warning with her phone. She showed it to the another rep at the service area. They then took her vehicle to fix the problem. So far there has been no problems with the car.

first i was told to send in the documents of maintenance which took 9 days with no approval to only have to get the test done for my engine. I final get the approval and get in a loaner after now 10 days of having no car. I think there has to be a better system in place.

Fred did his best but the tech from the shop are not working to satisfy the customer. First I had to go 4 times to try to fix a tire. Three times they told me that there was nothing wrong. Today I took the car to Bev Smith and I had to point out where was the problem. I did not have the wheel lock key because they forgot to put it back in the car and today they forgot the center cap. It's all a mess

I came in for my 5000 mile service. Receipt stated tires were rotated. I had marked my tires when I pulled in to ensure proper service took place. Upon pick up, it was clear that my front tires were still on the same place. The person who serviced the vehicle blatantly lied to my face when he was questioned. I explained I had marked the tires and knew they weren’t rotated. I will not be returning to this location to service my car in the future. Thankfully I was not charged for services, so I am appreciative of that.
