1st appt. 3/11. EV tech not working. Told to come back to 2nd appt. 3/13 promised a loaner as diagnostic to take 7 hours. 3/13 arrived at 7:50. Was told at 8:10 no loaner available. I took off specifically on 3/13 for appt. but scheduled other appointments throughout the day but without a loaner,I had to leave again without service performed. This has been unacceptable

I was not told my car payment. I had to ask and I’m still very confused about it because he said part of my I’m just very confused I’ve called the finance department all day and no one‘s ever returned my call. I need someone to really explain to me about my contract cause I don’t even know what my car payment is and they said that I had 137 that was going in a separate account to help people rebuild credit. I need someone to please go over my contract with me.

I have brought my vehicle on numerous occasions where I'm told there would a hour diagnostic and would be told of the issue but that did not happen. I carry my car for 1 issue and left with more issues that was not there before and being told that another diagnostic would be needed to fix the issue. Both parts and service is super expensive, as if the only concern is commission and not customer service. I would definitely not recommend anyone to service their vehicle at kia

I was taken care of from the time I arrived until I left. Greeted, sat in a massage chair, had coffee and a snack. Assured they were taking care of my car. Service completed and Seth walked me to my car, which had been washed. Great service department!
