This was my second trip to the Service Dept. since I bought my car. Very friendly and professional staff all the way around. Petra was extremely nice and helpful and my car was in and out in no time.

Brought our vehicle in on Friday at 3:30 for 4 things , 1 of which being an oil change . From Friday all the way until Tuesday they had our vehicle and when we called up we got the run around , they can't find our vehicle, there's no paperwork on it etc . Finally pick it up on Tuesday, and after getting paperwork see they never even did my oil change . We are very unhappy about the way we were treated and the work done/not done etc .
