Came home from my service to find that my running board is bend and when I open the passenger door it’s scrapping it. When I called the receptionist was more concerned about selling me a new car than giving me to the service department. Called the service department as soon as I got home and will be taking it back in Monday. I know accidents happen but I am more upset that they tried to hide it. I will probably not do my service there anymore. This is my 4th Kia and have always used that service…not anymore
