My air conditioning was at least working through the one vent.after I just spent 2500 dollars previously on a replacement abs module n was told they would check my air conditioning for free I then was told another 1500 to replace a leaky condenser.my wife n I r expecting our first child n needed something to be done with the air,n was told previously that replacing the abs module would resolve the issue told by them that's why the car was pulling to the right massively,they recommended that I get an alignment.which was another 100 dollars.then picked up the vehicle n of course now no cold air comes out at all ,is completely worse than ever,the car pulls worse to the right then before,was told no worries.our 1500 dollar quote will remain.literally went to AutoZone after n spent yet another 100 dollars on a recharge to have the ac run where it was before bev smith.obviously we were just another number n I feel completely victimized by this dealership n have lots of people who warned me about it but with a baby being born any day now went to give them benefit of the doubt that they would take care of the issues they said.absolutely five thumbs down n thank you so much for jacking about 90 percent of our savings for our first born.will never recommend anyone to this dealership n will be contacting the better business bureau,also as we speak I have a 30 year master mechanic going through all the paperwork and actual work I was charged for n will proceed promptly after.thanks for putting my wife and I in such a great situation.SMH????never felt more taking advantage of in my life.

What a great experience! Easy from start to finish. All staff is super attentive and professional from Fred to the lady in the waiting room offering water and snacks…. What a great place to work and a fabulous group of people! Kudos to Bev Smith Kia! I know excellence starts at the top so your dealership must have fantastic people at the helm!
