Fred is great! Always pleasant and communicative. Jim leads well and does what he should as a customer service leader, I truly appreciate him and Tim S. And Fred they have been wonderful to me and a blessing indeed. However, my car still isn’t functioning properly and I’m not sure if if the car or the techs working on the car.
