I went there for them to change a latch in my truck for a recall they told me it would take as long as 2 hrs. I had to reschedule I couldn't wait that long.

Caitlin called me with updates and also texted me with information about my car. I had my car towed in. She called me to let me know they received it. She let me know about the diagnostic tests they would be doing on my car. She then called me with the results, then called me to let me know what was wrong and how it was fixed. I received a call when it was ready to he picked up. Very thankful.

I'm very disappointed with the service I received. First of all my car was sitting for at least 3 days not counting Sunday and then when I was told my car was ready and when I came to pick it up my car wouldn't start. It has to be jumped and when I got home turned my vehicle off it wouldn't restart. I was told the battery wasn't charged fully and it should be once I got back home. Never the less my car wasn't repaired. I feel I was taken advantage of. I thought I could trust that Kia would fix my vehicle.
